The room was extremely spacious and modest. The location was marvellous and fantastic, not too far from an interactive science museum. The area was secure, just off restaurants and supermarkets, the elevated train line, and the Philharmonie de Paris. Enjoyed the food selection; meals were cheap and had a variety of options.

We liked the room, the comfort of having a kitchen to be able to make us some dinner if we were late and thus save us a little money, since there is super close, the aparthotel is far from the tourist sites but it has a subway right in the corner, a minute walk, the bed was very comfortable, has bars nearby to order something to eat, plus a mall with a MC Donald's behind, it was 330 euros with taxes for 4 nights, for that price it's great plus you have your own bathroom and wc in the room, in short a very good alternative if you go to Paris in economy mode, plus at the reception they speak Spanish. Everything is perfect.
There was really nothing we didn't like, to say the least, the noise the tram makes as it passes by, but nothing serious.

Perfect facilities and a friendly efficient staff.
The room was advertised as a 4-people room. This I would not recommend - therefore it is too small. Three persons max I'd say.

Simply nothing to complain about, really really nice stay. Excellent staff, good services, and wonderful location very close to restaurant, Metro, Bus, Restaurants and Grocery Shops and a wonderful, active park. Savoury breakfast with a great selection of good foods.

We were 3 adults with 2 children, our apartment was spacious enough for people and luggage. Perfectly equipped kitchen with all the necessary stuff, all clean and new. Parking and metro is very close, 24h parking costs 10 euro if you pay at the reception, otherwise it costs 13.50. No smoking policy hotel.
Bathroom was a bit small, but sufficient for 1 person. Water pressure in the shower was quite low (we were at the 6th floor). If you are more than 2 or 3 you might find that you don't have enough towels or pillow-cases in the room when arrived, you'll need to ask for more at the reception, do check this immediately not at mid-night :-)

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the edge of one of the most beautiful modern parks, beside the Metro, makes it a convenient choice. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are equipped with useful facilities for cooking, including clean sheets and comfortable double beds.
No major complaints about this hotel.

Some of the staff were pleasant, some were rude. The location was good because it was easy access to metro.
It was not at all like portrayed on the bookings.com website. It was not a new facility, it was overpriced, we paid for a two bedroom apartment and didn't get that. It was two separate rooms the size of closets. It was totally run down. The breakfast was a joke! We were taken advantage of every chance they could.

The kitchenette gave us scope to take our own food and not worry about needing to find places that would suit our fussy diets. The kitchenette had all that we needed. The hotel was only a few mins walk from the metro, so easy to get to other places. The science park gave much of interest though we didn't have much time to explore there in our short visit and thought it would be better suited to children a bit older than our 5 yr old.
It was very noisy. Quite near rer and peripherique and there were road works going on. Was okay with window shut but it was a hot w/E. The back of the building may have been quieter?

Location was great - far enough away from the main tourist traps that the local restaurants etc were not tourist priced, but so close to the metro that you still had easy access to all the hot spots.

The location is great with many bakeries and cafés close by. The units are spacious with a comfortable double bed. The staff is very friendly and helped us with parking. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to this hotel soon.

The kitchen was equipped enough to cater for normal lunch/dinner, but nothing more 2) close to stations.
too many points, 1) the rooms are next to a big road, you cant stay without opening the windows and if you do, then the noise is horrible. 2) the staff was really rude, if you speak in english they avoid responding :-( but this is general in france 3) they would not pick up the packed garbage bags and the grabage bin is located in corner room on the floor .. huh.. you wont be able to find it , unless assisted 4) the front staff at times could have been more helpful 5) Station Porte de la villete is not safe at night, we preferred Corentin Careou 6) 2 room place was just a 1 room somehow parted into 2, compared to other places in europe it was not as good. You may get better rooms for same price in the city center.

Not a good area! very noisy and small rooms, they called a taxi for the airport, which was very expensive while the airport is close to the hotel!!!!! poor staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
